Distant Hair
Grow Dream
The hair has an important role to play in enhancing the overall appearance
of a woman. Bad hair days and atrocious haircuts are experienced by
all of us some time or the other.
A bad haircut is quite a problem at hand, though the bad hair day
problem can be taken care of with a pony or a plait, or a hat. To make
your hair grow faster, more so in case of a short haircut, there are
some things to help you.
For a woman who has a short haircut, even shoulder-length hair appears
to be a distant dream. Since months may pass to get hair grow a few
inches in length, discovering something that grows hair faster is worth
giving a try. It is actually more of a ‘hit and trial’ method!
Every technique differs from the other and so, for the desired results,
they can all be tried, one upon a time.
Those of us who are satisfied with our present hairstyle, a trim every
month or so are sufficient. This helps in giving the cut a presentable
look. Going in for more frequent trims can actually help, if you wish
your hair to grow faster. A slight cut of about two centimeters every
two weeks may do the trick, and save you from getting too much hair
being cut off in one go.
Check the frequent use of things that damage the hair – like
hot rollers, a blow dryer, a curling iron or excess hair dyes. The
breakage of hair or damage caused to them, either of these ways, can
make maintenance of longer hair difficult. To make your hair grow faster,
do without the use of electric appliances completely or, at least,
restrict their use. The natural drying process or the wet hair look
can save you from damaging your locks.
Taking a specified doze of vitamins and minerals can be of help in
growing both nails as well as hair. People, especially women, who need
to combat the fear of thinning hair, often go in for hair nutrients.
Taking tablets - like multi-vitamin, zinc, B-vitamins, - and antioxidants
can make your hair grow more quickly. Most of the minerals, recommended
for quick growth and healthy hair, are a part of almost all types of
vitamins.
A healthy diet is an additional plus when it comes to improving the
appearance of your hair. A ‘low fat’ nutritious diet can
contribute a lot in terms of growth and texture of hair. The saturated
fats, which often create an imbalance in your hormones, may well be
responsible for almost all your hair related problems.
Many a times, to lose weight, several women go on ‘crash diets’.
Resorting to such means may result in problems with hair, though they
might knock off a few pounds. Ensure that a balanced low fat diet is
taken every day, if you want to get rid of your problem of growing
hair. Look for an approach that combines loss of weight with a diet
low in fat, for your hair to become your crowing glory!
